A hero who is capable of performing damage to an opponent that ignores all resistances. So, if a skill says it will do 1000 true damage, it will always do 1000 true damage to that enemy regardless of armor or magic resistance.
This damage type is the bane of Tanks who stack massive resistances, but not as scary to Tanks that stack massive health.
Shields still absorb True Damage until breaking.
