	Passive	If Luffy would take lethal damage, he instead enters a ghost state for 5 seconds during which                                               he cannot move, attack or cast spells. Being hit by an enemy Hero 7 times before the effect ends will kill Luffy. Otherwise, Luffy is revived. Revival Health: 50% of max + 10/level Cooldown: 120 Seconds
	Q	After a short delay, Luffy leaps into the Air and landing on the selected area, dealing Magical Damage to all nearby Enemies.	Cooldowns:        24/22/20/18/16 Magic  Damage:   70/115/160/205/250
	W	Passive: Gear Second - Luffy gains Movement Speed and Armor. Active: Gear Third - Increases Attack Speed for a short duration. During this time, basic attacks increase Luffy's Attack Damage and the effectiveness of Attack Speed slows is reduced.
	E	Luffy's next basic attack deals a percentage of the target's current Health as bonus damage and knocks them up.	Cooldowns: 9/8/7/6/5 Damage: 80+8%/130+11%/180+14%/230+17%/280+20%
	R	Luffy throws a Pirate ship in a Grand Line, dealing Attack Damage to all enemies in its path. After max range, the Ship starts to sink and creates a whirlpool, that pulls all enemies in to it and deals Magical Damage over time	Cooldown: 150/130/110 Throw Damage: 200/300/400 Whirlpool Damage: 25/40/55
