Ryuuko stops and channels for 1 second. While channeling, she gains 40/70/100/130/160 + 25%bonus armor and magic resist. After the channel, Ryuuko deals 80 /140/200/260/320(+0.6 AD) physical damage in a line in front of her.
Ryuuko dashes through target enemy unit, dealing physical damage. Ryuuko cannot dash through the same unit for a few seconds. If Ryuuko kills a unit with her ult, she gains 1 stack of her ult. Each stack gives Ryuuko +3 max health and also adds damage to her ult. Killing a unit with her ult also refunds the health cost.
Ryuuko is a tanky melee hero that can deal a lot of damage while still being tanky. Ryuuko's abilities use health as a resource. Her abilities change when she combos them one after another. These are the known combos:
- R->W: Ryuuko dashes through target unit, then spins, dealing damage in an area around her. Stops in place when she spins.
- R->W->Q: Ryuuko dashes through target unit, then spins, dealing damage in an area around her. She then continues to spin for a few seconds, dealing more physical damage in an area around her. Ryuuko can move while she is spinning.
- W->Q: Ryuuko deals damage in front of her, then spins through target unit, dealing damage to any enemy units she passes.
- Q->W: Ryuuko activates her Q, giving her bonus movement speed. If she uses her W while her Q is active, her W changes to deal damage around her, instead of just in front of her and ends her Q early.
During laning, try to last hit farm using your ult in order to get tankier. When doing this, exercise caution. Last hit with your auto attacks or your W instead of your ult when the enemies have a stun or you don't have a minion to dash back to safety. Try to take jungle camps when you can and last hit them with your ult.You will be fairly tanky while still dealing a lot of damage, provided that you are farming well with your ult. Your passive when help you when fights start to become really close, as it can give enough damage to barely survive a close encounter with enemy heroes. Farm is essential as Ryuuko, as farming with your ult will give you free stats. Ryuuko is a decent split pusher, as she does decent AOE damage with her ability combos and has a decent movement speed steroid from her Q in order to get out safely. Her E temporarily gives you a large amount of Armor and Magic Resistance, so use it receive less damage when tower diving, getting tower dived, and to reduce damage from incoming enemy attacks when you are low on health. Since her E makes Ryuuko stop and perform a channel, it is not recommended to use it for damage when fighting enemies, as they can escape while Ryuuko is channeling her E.
Ryuuko does decent damage, even with little to no damage items due to her high scalings and short cooldowns. A tanky build is recommended because Ryuuko has short range and limited mobility. This also insures that you won't get blown up instantly when you go in.
