Servant Saber from the anime Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero.

Skills

	Passive Avalon	When Saber falls below 15% max health, she heals for 25% of her max health. Gaining 40% damage reduction during the heal. 200 second cool down.
	Q Sword Combo	Skill can be used 2 times before going on cooldown. On first activation, Saber charges her sword in the direction of cast. On second activation, Saber knocks enemies in a 90 degree cone in front of her back.  Damage (Each): 45 / 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 + (105% BONUS AD) Total Damage : 90 / 170 / 250 / 330 / 410 + (210% BONUS AD) Cooldown: 12 Seconds Cost: 20 Mana
	W Invisible Wind	Passive Effect - Increases Attack Speed, using her E skill will remove this effect temporarly Active Effect - Targets one enemy, if the enemy has more hp than Saber they are taunted for 1 seconds, otherwise they are slowed for 4 seconds. Attack Speed: 20% / 30% / 40% / 50% / 60% Taunt Duration (???) : 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 Slow Amount: 30% / 37.5% / 45% / 52.5 / 60 Cooldown: 12 Seconds Cost: 80 Mana
	E Wind Cutter	Hits all enemies in a 90 degree cone slowing their attack speed. Damage: 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 + (60% AD) + (70% AP) Cooldown: 7 / 6.5 / 6 / 5.5 / 5 Seconds Attack Speed Slowdown: 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 Mana
	R Excalibur	After a 1 second cast time, deals damage in a long line every .1 seconds for 1.5 seconds Damage per 0.1s : 20 / 35 / 50 + (32% BONUS AD) + (20% AP) Total Damage : 300 / 525 / 750 + (32% BONUS AD) + (20% AP) Cooldown : 130 / 120 / 110 Seconds Cost: 100 / 140 / 180 Mana
