Sakuya Izayoi is a character from the Touhou franchise who is the perfect Maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

It's interesting to note that while most Heroes speak in Chinese regardless of their origins, Sakuya (like Gundam) speaks in Japanese.

Sakuya's first joke (Ctrl+1 during game) goes something along the lines of,

Monotone: "Oh, you completely average man. My heart's beating faster."

	Passive Maid to help you down the stairs	When Sakuya basic attacks or use perfect unrestrained world, you have a chance to add any random effect on the target hero. 60 Second cool down. (This may be a joke passive)
	Q Perfect flying Knives	A skill shot based attack throwing multiple knives in a set pattern dealing AP damage to all units hit. Extra knives hitting the same target will deal 70% less damage. Damage:40/70/100/130/160（+0.4AP） Mana Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 Cooldown: 6s/5.5s/5s/4.5s/4s
	W Perfect Unrestrained timepiece	Sakuya will place down an AOE Time circle which will lower the movement speed of all units inside it. All projectiles inside the circle will also be slowed down. Cooldown: 22s/20s/18s/16s/14s Cost: 80 Mana
	E Perfect Unrestrained Maid	Sakuya will increase her movement speed by 40% for 3 seconds. During this Sakuya's Pefect flying knives will deal double damage, and using Perfect Unrestrained timepiece will deal 80/120/160 / 200/240 (+0.6 AP) Cooldown: 17s/16s/15s/14s/13s Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 Mana
	R Perfect Unrestrained World	Sakuya will surround an enemy hero with hundreds of knives stunning them in place for 1.5 seconds, at the end of the duration all the knives will hit the target causing damage.(This stun is unaffected by tenacity) Damage: 300/400/500(+0.9AP) Cooldown: 100s/80s/60s Cost: 100/125/150
