Items that can give stacks based on accumulative kills and assists, stacks will be halved upon death. Upon obtaining 20 stacks, stack item will give a 15% increase in either movement speed (Sword of the occult), cooldown reduction(Mejai's Soulstealer [SoulStealer]), or reduced dmg(Leviathan )
