Ultraman fires a bolt of energy in a line that will deal physical damage and apply on-hit effects to the first enemy it hits. If it strikes an enemy unit, all of Ultraman's cooldowns will be reduced by 1 second.

Ultraman casts a spiral attack which can only hit enemy heroes.
If an enemy is struck, it slows his/her movement speed. If cast over an ally hero, it grants them movement speed.
